We were on the spur of the moment Friday night guests. Fortunately, there was a 1 room queen bed available. We had our 3 years old grandchild with us, but decided to stay since it would be for only one night. The hosts were great. We were late arrivals - no problem. Also, we were fortunate again.....a king bed became available. Which was great! The experience was very good. Would stay again!

WONDERFUL stay! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Late check in was easy and great! We stayed in room 112 and it was clean, easily accessible, and beds were very comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

Really great location. It was located right on the main road in Pigeon Forge, making it within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and Patriot Park where you can take the transit bus to Dollywood. Staff was friendly, albeit absent when we went to check in. The room was decent enough. I liked that they assign parking spaces right by the rooms, so we didnt have to worry about parking or walking too far to our car.

It was clean, and the beds were comfy. There wasnt a lot of outside noise. The lady at front desk was very nice. This place is not fancy but, if you are looking for something clean, cheap and no frills, this is it.

Great location right on the river. I was in town on a fishing trip with my dad and we were literally able to walk 15 yards from the hotel room down to the river to fish. Staff was extremely nice as well.
